How Will My Order be Delivered?
We will deliver your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service offered by Panther Logistics 2-man white glove delivery to the room of choice.
Delivery Methods
Small Parcel Delivery
Your items are being delivered by one of our parcel couriers to your front door. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery.
Delivery
All our large Items are done by 2-man to room of choice service. Please remove all objects that will obstruct our delivery team from taking the items up to thew room of choice.
When will my order arrive?
As every order is made to order we give a time scale from 5-10 working days for U.K mainland. Outside the U.K mainland can take 10-12 extra depending on your postcode please contact customerservice@laywellbeds.co.uk to ask about this.
Every product lists an estimated delivery date. Panther will contact you directly with the day and time.
Dispatch Costs
Delivery of items in the UK £40.00 and over are free. Any item marked FREE DELIVERY! on the product page will ship for free! We charge £4.99 for delivery of all other items under £40.00. All fees are clearly marked in the shopping basket and throughout checkout.
Please note: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to postal codes within the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
Shipping to Ireland
Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are subject to an additional surcharge. Full details below:
Small Parcel Delivery: £11 per item
The prices on the website don't include assemble service, if you want us to assemble the bed for you, there will be an extra cost. Please email customerservice@laywellbeds.co.uk for information.
On the day of delivery if we are unable to deliver the goods (for example because the specified delivery location is unoccupied or the goods do not fit in the room you would like them in) you may be charged a re-delivery fee of £55 (£4.95 for orders under £100).
To ensure your beautifully crafted bedroom furniture arrives in perfect condition it will be delivered directly by our specialist suppliers from the U.K.
Delivery times are on weekdays between 7am and 7pm. We cannot guarantee any time slots as we use third party courier companies (Panther Logistics) the delivery service will send you a tracking details directly to you once dispatched from our warehouses.
CCTV Recoding
Some of our fleets have fitted CCTV that records back or the van from inside and one inside the cab and front of back this is for the driver safety. If you have any concerns about this please contact us before you place any order.
Tracking
All our Courier company has tracking fitted this is so we know which location the driver is at and which location he has stopped. If you email us for tracking we will be happy to provide you with this.
